Peeranimo is a community platform for people who are carrying a dream, a change, or a personal direction they do not want to pursue alone. The platform helps users create a profile and describe their current situation. Peeranimo connects users in small, closed peer groups based on shared life situations and personal context.

Peeranimo is not a coaching platform, therapy service, medical service, financial advisory service, legal advisory service, or professional marketplace. Peers on Peeranimo are community members, not certified professionals acting on behalf of Peeranimo.

Peeranimo is not an emergency service. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, feel that you may be in immediate danger, or believe that you may harm yourself or others, do not rely on Peeranimo. Contact your local emergency services or an appropriate crisis support service immediately.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Peeranimo. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your account secure. You agree not to create fake accounts, impersonate another person, misuse another person's account, or provide intentionally misleading information.

You must not: harass, threaten, insult, shame, or abuse other users; post hateful, discriminatory, sexual, violent, or illegal content; spam, promote unrelated services, or use Peeranimo for unsolicited marketing; share another user's private information without permission; pretend to be someone you are not; use the platform in a way that harms Peeranimo or other users. We may remove content, restrict access, or terminate accounts if these rules are violated. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, interfere with, or circumvent the technical operation of Peeranimo. Automated access, bots, or data extraction are prohibited without prior written permission.

Peeranimo may suggest peers or groups based on the information users provide. We cannot guarantee that every match, group, or conversation will be helpful or emotionally suitable. You remain responsible for your own choices, boundaries, and decisions. We do not guarantee that a suitable peer group will always be available. Matching is based on information you provide and is not a guarantee of compatibility or emotional suitability.

You own the content and information you submit to Peeranimo. By submitting content, you give us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, display, and process that content only as needed to operate and improve the platform.

Please only share information you feel comfortable sharing within the platform context. Peeranimo is a community space, not a confidential professional service.

While Peeranimo encourages respectful and confidential conversations, we cannot guarantee that other users will keep shared information confidential. Please share only information you are comfortable discussing within your group.

If another user behaves in a way that feels unsafe, contact us at hello@peeranimo.com. We may review reports and take action where appropriate. We are not obligated to monitor all content proactively.

You remain solely responsible for your own decisions, actions, and relationships. Peeranimo does not accept responsibility for advice or opinions shared by community members. Peeranimo does not employ, supervise, endorse, or verify community members.

We aim to keep Peeranimo available and working well, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be changed, paused, or discontinued at any time.

In the current phase, Peeranimo does not offer paid content, paid subscriptions, financial transactions, or a marketplace. Future paid services may be subject to additional commercial terms.

You may stop using Peeranimo at any time. You may delete your account directly in the app under Profile Settings. You may also contact us at hello@peeranimo.com to request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, harm other users, or create legal or operational risk for Peeranimo.

Peeranimo, including its name, visual identity, design, and product experience, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or misuse any part of Peeranimo without written permission.

Peeranimo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by German law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, loss of opportunities, or decisions made based on conversations within the platform. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is not permitted under applicable law, including liability for intent, gross negligence, or personal injury. Mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence remain unaffected.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will apply from the date shown at the top of this page.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Peeranimo regarding your use of the platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany.
